SELECTING A TRANSMISSION SHOP There are many automotive service facilities that can work on your vehicle. Only a select few concentrate on transmission work as their primary repair service. Our TRANSMISSION BUILDERS and INSTALLATION MECHANICS have extensive combined experience. They work together as a team and they work well with one another. This gives you the assurance that the expertise is being shared and this translates into a better experience for you with having your vehicle repaired properly. The SHOP MANAGER is trained and knowledgeable in transmission diagnosis and he will accurately prepare your estimate and will ensure that your repairs are done in a thorough and timely manner. We know how important it is to get our customers back on the road as soon as possible with a smooth and safe running ride! All invoices will be detailed with the type of service work that was performed and will be fully explained to your satisfaction. We do not want you to leave our shop with unanswered questions. I, Dan Priem, have owned transmission shops in the Puget Sound area for over 20 years. When you bring your vehicle to my shop I guarantee that a good mechanic/ builder will work on it and I back that up with a full parts and labor warranty for 12 months or 12,000 miles. Longer warranties are also available- just ask for details. At ALLSTAR we keep our work areas organized to facilitate having the right tool on hand when needed. We have scheduled parts delivery twice each day from a major distributor. If we don't have the exact piece needed for your specific repair, in most cases it's soon on the way to us and we will have it within a few hours. ALLSTAR TRANSMISSION has up to date electronic scanners which give us the ability to repair the newer (1990 and up) vehicles that have complex electronic computer systems. With concise and complete technical manuals and a full assortment of the special equipment and tools needed for your repairs, we are able to determine if your problem is internal or an electrical component problem. Our service bays are equipped with state of the art hydraulic lifts affording our technicians a full under body view of your vehicle which enables them to work more efficiently saving you labor costs. We provide service like it used to be back when a deal was sealed with a handshake. With old fashioned standards of quality and value.
